(And I say this as a disabled non-driver - for various reasons - myself. Do I want to see Uber and Lyft abolished? Fuck yeah. Do I want to see public transit *everywhere* and nowhere being car dependent? YES and I miss living in a more accessible to transit area.
And even living with a relative who can and does drive me places, that makes me even more aware of just how isolating it can be, how dependent that makes you, if even to take public transit you need a ride to the trolley station)
