firecat@feditips the problem is the person owns the server and blocks you, the report button doesn’t work and have to reply to admin to over see the problem. You’ll also encounter alternative methods that bypass the block feature and make the problem worse. The block button is not the answer to trolls or bots. There’s needs a PSA to mastodon developers to solve theses issues.
