@arielkroon @xtinadlr The housing episode of @solarpunkpresents made me think of Kim Stanley Robinson's "New York 2140" ! A big part of the story revolves around this cooperatively owned skyscraper and the people who live there. At one point there's a massive storm and the community hunkers down and takes care of their little vessel together.

Thanks as always for the discussion! Housing *does* need to be a community responsibility, not an individual's investment.
