Just to clarify, I'm talking about regular people who I'll see with a pitbull. Often outside on a runner, never going for a walk, and untrained or poorly trained. Not my friends for these ones 😎. It isn't so much abuse as it is low quality dog ownership. You shouldn't do that to a dog, especially one with powerful jaws, unless you want to make a mean junkyard dog.
