James Evans@BethanyBlack I’m with you on this. I thought I’d save a couple of quid and simplify my cooking by dicing and freezing my own onions. Great idea. Half a dozen diced onions went in a bag in the freezer, and one solid, unusable lump of ice-encrusted onion came out. Complete waste of time. Turns out making your own frozen diced onions is more tricky than I’d thought; not recommended.
