If you want to prove flat earth, just do this:
Buy a sextant, and take a good hard look at the sun through the scope. Then board a flight from Sydney to Santiago, but make sure it goes over the north pole, not the south pole (very important)! Then when you arrive, take another long look at the sun but use the other eye (also very important)! Mark the position and show that it lines up with your model.

If you can do that, I'll believe you.
