Janet VertesiEveryone is talking about Copilot on GitHub like this is new, but I figured it was pretty obvious from the beginning that’s why they acquired it. So what did people think of the acquisition if they didn’t think it was to use all the data to generate an assistive AI?is this honestly coming out of left field? Or is this just the moment where people are begrudgingly acknowledging the situation?
