The world is never an easy place to be in, ND or not... But if we find the right people and when we start to understand at least a part of ourselves... It does get a bit easier.
For me it's routines that keep me going, even on days where I struggle to find meaning or understanding. It's definitely not ideal all the time, but way better than having a breakdown every now and then. Those are awful 😔
