@icon_of_computational_sin Isn't mosh UDP-only? Both exit nodes and hidden services can only do TCP. Aside from that, it's the usual setup as for everything with bad connection and high latency. Add ClientAliveInterval to your sshd_config so that your session won't break after a few soconds without new text, and use screen/tmux/whatever for any tasks taking longer than 10 seconds.
