Comparing the translation Google puts out, if I assume that hand-written Hebrew looks different than typewritten Hebrew, I think I can see a potential correspondence to "god willing, it will hit civilians". The "innocent" part is definitely not there imo. The translation is too long.
I can see a few characters repeated in the Google translation about in the same places that they are repeated on the missile.
