The Banished Dragon AlephwyrApparently the rate of adult transgender identity has remained constant. I don't believe desistance is common so this would complicate things. At any rate I'm just going to assume that 0.6-0.7% of the population are murdered for being trans and that it mostly happens before adulthood.
