@djm it helps to swap out the words
Starting at the beginning, you could say "Chicago fish Miami ducks bully bully Seattle racoons." I don't know the technical terms for the parts of speech (I'll leave that to linguists and Wikipedia) but the first 4 words implicitly mean "Chicago fish (who are bullied by) Miami ducks"
There are a few ways to construct the sentence, but this arrangement is the one I usually see
