Ok, it's like this...the undoing of any major civilization, just like us, is trying to expand too far, and also trying to assimilate incompatible cultures inside of their control and borders. The highly ambitious Chinese are probably doing this at a rate outpacing any 'colonial' power in history. Buuuut, there's major problems at home actually. Just like us, a struggle within may undermine this system and break it. People in China are starving.
