Modern definition of cuckoldry is you getting off you yourself being cheated upon.
NTR is you getting off of anybody being cheated upon and finding out, not necessarily yourself. And most NTR involves the woman losing any love she has for the victim and finding the bastard "more pleasing" than the victim.
