@Spingebill @jeffcliff @Shadowman311 @sickburnbro @yockeypuck I think a lot of jobs that would have gone to those people got scooped up through productivity improvements and automation. Or maybe they've always had a hard time finding their way. I'm told prisons have a disproportional number of both ends of the bell curve.
