The murderer stabbed her, stopped to check her pulse, confirmed she was alive, &amp; went back to stabbing her to death.</p><p>And 17 "good guys with guns" did nothing.</p><p>A reminder that the "good guy with a gun" myth is a propaganda point to sell more guns.
