@Xenophon I'm a convert with a lot of *low church* Protestant priors ingrained in my views. I don't think the Catholic Church is perfect, although it tends to correct itself or God lets something happen to remind them of their problems and heresy. Same with many churches. Some are so far away from the truth that only by God's grace do any of their people find the way to real faith. Often times we as fallen human beings amplify the small heterodoxies into larger than life heresies. There ought not to be a huge rift where Protestants and Catholics insist the others are not Christians, but see my prior point. (Part 1/2)
