    BHTP - The Blåhaj Hug Transfer Protocol

    BHTP is a transport layer (4) protocol for transferring hugs via Blåhaj endpoints. Hugs are delivered best-effort reliably, timely, and in any order. BHTP is extensible to transmit kisses, squishing boobs together, etc.

    Blåhaj are responsible for implementing layers 3 and below and those layers MUST remain as an implementation detail. Blåhaj SHOULD NOT reject BHTP messages sent from unicorns.
