The evidence linking it to the Islamic Jihad group: video from multiple angles, eye-witness reports, an analysis from the IDF, and an intercepted phone call between two terrorists. The evidence saying it was Israel: as far as I know, an immediate and unsupported accusation from Hamas? which they apparently knew was incorrect, but it still worked, with the help of decades of propaganda.
