PhoenixSerenity@milkman76 @Mary625 OMFG. This is a very poor decision. That much for war funding but not enough to give their citizens universal health care & fund schools & other important public services better? It's not lack of funds. It's lack of priorities that help their citizens.
How will this affect the US energy budget? I don't know enough about how US deals with their budgets.
