good luck 🍀 and 🤞 about the house. We faced the same thing here in Spain, we bought a house because the price of the rent in our area (close to Valencia) increased around 200 Euros just in 5 months that we were living in the north of Spain; I was renting since I leaved my parents home more than 20 years ago.
