I did a LAN in high school with Halo CE freshmen year a bunch of people brought xboxes in and we had a 16 player lan with upper classmen during a winter carnival and it was cool and then the teachers banned it after 2 games because 'durr it was a shooting game' and that sucked ass. Other than that though I did local split screen mostly.

Most of the people I hanged with in high school I don't stay in contact with really anymore either we had a falling out over the years or went separate ways and they got their own lives now with a wife and kids.
