...m.E. massive Schäden v.a. durch #FakeNews und gezielten #Desinformations-Kampagnen zu beobachten.
Insofern sehe ich diese Gesetze kritisch.
Um einen Ausgleich zwischen den Existenz-Interessen der Medienhäuser und dem Informationsbedürfnis der Bevölkerung zu erzielen, bräuchte es m.E. eine Art #GEMA.
