Falcon Darkstar@Moon sure, and diversity means foregoing the convenience of one's comfortable prejudices and the simplicity of working with people who are just like you, and the doing of a lot of effort. These are sacrifices but I think what I am trying to get at is that it doesn't involve sacrificing outcomes. In fact the outcomes should be better.
