• Israel moved 3/4 of their troops out of the area, supposedly to defend a specific sect/government faction on the other side of the state.
• Israel seems to have a huge gap between SIGINT (electronic intelligence) vs HUMINT (human intelligence) as in they get all your texts, but don’t keep tabs on word on the street as much
• Rumor the military wanted the current leadership in Israel to suffer a failure

You can draw conclusions from this however you like, but “why not both” when it comes to a fuck up like this.
