Jen Zarzycka@mods I think perfect moderation is this. I love seeing what's effectively a "listen, learn, adapt" loop. I hope you all are proud of this work. I know it's not easy in general, and even harder to be vulnerable via transparency, but I think it's appreciated by most people on the fediverse.
