Kit Rhett Aultman@hazel There's an irony in that, as I've adopted a more femme presentation, I do actually see my mom's features in me more. And she was the only woman in the family when I was growing up, which I know she found isolating. And I want to much to tell her how much of her in me I see now and how much we could share. But...she's a transphobe, and out of filial peity, I continue to perform for her the son she would prefer.
