Recently heard this year that airliners once used to call Economy Class seating "Austerity Class". When it comes to creating a video host, it feels more appropriate to bring that descriptor back. This is another site concept very few people will like.

Austerityvision
- base foundation: VidLii is the most stable of the YouTube Alternatives, Dailymotion is funded by french ISPs/TV. Thus, services like Dailymotion and Metacafe are not reliable metrics for observing video hosts.

Austerityvision: 50MB limit (smaller sizes?), less than 10 minutes, longer than 10 seconds, supports MP4 and MKV and FFV1 and AV1, Opus or FLAC audio only
Vidlii: HQ video amounts to 480p, while the regular format is 240p
