- Embed this notice@FemaleIsNotAFeeling I was writing a long post but to sum it up it was when I first read about radical feminism in adolescence that I was introduced to gender criticism, after doing an internet search for feminism and going through the wikipedia pages of different strands of feminism. Before that I was a kid, never reflected on that and I thought gender was synonym with sex. I remember liking/relating to the things said in the radfem page much more than I did in the others. "Oh this makes sense". Then I never thought of it for a while but I think not long after I came across a video of Magdalen Berns and this was when I started reflecting about the subject of gender and femaleness
