Yes, but getting it downloaded from there using ffmpeg and YT (downloader) is not for beginners in this area. I needed quite a bit of help for the setup (originall not a FOSS person.)

Once you have it, it is in three respects apparently better than Whisper:

1) can do lyrics from songs (Whisper not)

2) only energy as direct costs

3) much faster as Google's datacenter beets almost any home installation.
