@LaylaAlexandrovna @classierbitch Freeland is the fucking worst, but I don't see this as anywhere near as bad. There's lots of German or Ukrainian Canadians who have one or two relatives that fought with or for the Nazis. It's unfortunate but true. And lots of them probably tell little lies like she did, that he was "just a journalist" because they are ashamed of that part of their family history. You could probably find some other politician from the left or the right who has done the exact same thing.
