Kay Ohtie, Bat-Yotie!@arch @soatok even without pay cuts, often "you must come to an office" also means "you must effectively make less by living somewhere with a universally-higher CoL", between the rent and essentials. I'm grateful that I'm working at a university I live near that also is in a low CoL area, but I also think they shouldn't only offer hybrid WFH.
