@soatok #1 reason for searching for another job is the mandatory return to office which for me is:

1. Unsafe since I live with an immunocompromised person
2. A pretty decent pay cut
3. Complete drain on my mental health
4. Had no consulting with any employees
5. My entire team is remote, several in other countries, so there's no benefit since I'm in virtual meetings anyways.

So I started interviewing :)
