take a look at japanese eggs. yolk color is much more orange becuz the birds are fed better. albumin sack around yolk is taut and the yolk sits nicely on it.
store bought eggs are usually over 7 days old by the time of purchase and the you yolk will spread out, instead of remmaing ball shaped.
