- Embed this noticeI don't think the law covers that type of objection. The pharmacist isn't a doctor. If they're objecting on "moral" grounds because they don't think it's a treatment, they're practicing medicine. This is uniquely different than say not filling plan B, where the pharmacist would acknowledge it would end the pregnancy — the effectiveness of the drug is the ground for objection and it's rooted in a moral belief, not a medical / scientific one. Just sue the pharmacists. When a few lose, they'll be less likely to act like twats.
