Miguel Arroz@goatsarah Every time I come back to Vancouver it’s like going back to the past. I have a gas stove here, my parents are already using induction. Things take sooooo long to heat up with gas. When I get there, during the first days I keep boiling things over, lol. And realizing how easy it is to clean afterward. And of course, CO2, toxic fumes, explosions, etc.
