Kit Rhett Aultman@frost @BathysphereHat What's a little hard is that I'm the only enby in my department, and my company has a very strong institutional stance that "non-binary" makes no implications about your assigned gender. So they consider me for a lot of events and stuff where another organization has clearly decided "non-binary" means "woman lite". I don't want to disrespect my employer, especially because they're the ones in the right, so it does lead to some awkward situations at those events.
