@lanodan @bortzmeyer yes, exactly because in the meantime x has been reassigned to 5 times, changing type at least twice, and that's not even mentioning x1 or x_ variable floating nearby.

But yeah, those functional programmers, with their point-free, wow, that's so mysterious and abstract and hard to read, oh my gosh, who could want that ? We only do python because we're humble folks, it's so much clearer the way we do it, quite simple actually.
