@HoldenUte2018 @sixtus This was an unprecedented flood, but the city is well prepared. Signaling systems and regulations are in place, people keep safe.

There will be damage and repair cost for sure, but 70 years ago when many people lived in slums it would have been far worse. I haven't heard of any loss of life here.

Taiwan and Fujian were hit directly and were far worse off, with evacuations, people killed and injured and loss of electricity.
