That's like the process of getting builds off my Steam Deck but I came up with a way to do it over ssh (which is still ridiculous) https://now.ben.ie/2023/08/26/slurping-up-screenshots-from-my-steam-deck/ – iOS & MacOS share nicely with each other, but I wouldn't know where to begin getting photos off my iPhone onto a Windows machine.
