If you eat too much protein while trying to do keto it puts you in this limbo state where you just feel bad and tired.
It probably improves autistic brains because it improves everybody's brains. That's one of the alleged benefits of the diets and it's definitely true. I can't speak for anything else but the mental change is obvious and immediate.
