I don’t think ignoring it is going to make this go away, but the real issue is that it’s not being treated as a pathology and is now just an accepted thing whereas ppl used to be suppress their weird thoughts and go about their lives normally (at least in public).

I think troons know that they’re putting themselves in a very difficult position by trooning so their thoughts are intrusive enough where they’ll ruin their lives to pursue it, which is a real :blobcatcomfthink: moment.
