NAT is not a firewall and can be bypassed with numerous techniques.
You WANT routeable IP addresses so you can connect reliably to any computer on the internet, instead of having to deal with terrible routing tables (thanks to CIDR) and having to use NAT holepunching all the time.
If you want to surely deny unrequested external connections, you need a firewall and not NAT, but even assuming there is no firewall, attackers would need to figure out what IPv6 addresses you're using first up.
A single /64 worth of IPv6 is designed to be impossible to enumerate in bounded time, while it's trivial to enumerate over all IPv4 addresses on the internet.
It's amazing as to what length people will go to, to avoid learning and/or using a computer properly.
Also, it's not really possible to practice playful cleverness well with a touchscreen.
