When I first joined oliphant.social, it had one admin, and one mod; and I did so after having been invited by the person who owns/runs the server personally, specifically to protect ME from weaponized reports, fascists, angry bougies, and the sort of folks who want me chased offline.

I cannot stress this enough; it had 1 admin, 1 mod, and I was invited specifically to thwart social networking attacks. I accepted.
