Im typically not fond of compilation albums. Dont get me wrong greatest hits albums will *always* have their niche, its just not my thing. There is however one exception i make with compilation albums and that is a compilation of singles like ministry's: "12 inch singles* compilation or a compilation of a bunch of early eps into a lp like big black's "the hammer party" being the lungs ep on one side and the bulldozer ep on the other, another example would be social distortion's mainliner compilation of a bunch of their very early eps/singles. I prefer lps over singles if it wasnt obvious so i get the best of both worlds with that. What do yall think?
