Paul Moore@mairin I'd be curious to hear how community projects looking for designer/UX help can go about finding people with that background who are willing to help.
Some projects naturally draw designer/UX oriented and talented people due to the nature of the project, others aren't so lucky and we need to go searching for help.
I have similar questions for people with a technical documentation background if anyone wants to chime in on that front too ;)
