The news here says: wagner group says 'Vladimir Rogov confirmed it on telegram'. I do have not looked him up, so I do not know what channel that is. But they usually do not write that here in the news if its not true (and they often refer to telegram in the news here), but they do not always link to what channel exactly. But I guess it can be found out easily by looking around a bit there.
