Roe v Wade was overturned because it was obviously nonsense, and the new ruling isn't a federal abortion ban like some brainlets have represented it as, it merely defers the authority to ban or authorize abortion down to the states.
You can't say you have rule of law when the law itself is dependent on who is in power. If the law changes along party lines then you have rule of something but it's not rule of law.
