@Moon @eriner @jazzilla its tough as money becomes a commodity. if it weren't for the lenders, massive projects would be harder to come by in a capitalist world. tho i imagine one could solicit a bunch of equity providers for similar projects but might be difficult to make work if too many are soliciting the equity provider's funds.

meh, system is broke and needs a little attention to revamp for the better. only down side is we are racing against the global communism clock 😬
