@izaya @ellenor2000 I don’t really know what to tell you, the worst I’ve ever gotten is easily cleaned dust in the port, they’re even rated for nearly twice as many uses out of the factory
I’ve had every fire tablet I’ve ever owned (some four by now) have its stupid little port and cable die out in a handful of months, my type c phone of three years has yet to even have the slightest bit of wiggle in its port, with every cable I’ve used still reliably working for both data and power
